Updates to the documentation of the tool

2025/02/20: SWiFT version 4.7 (portal release 3.12)
Portal release 3.12 includes a few small adaptive maintenance changes. These include algorithm optimisations and improvements to the backend processing and some plotting enhancements (longer plot duration and improved display of uncertainty information).

03/04/3023: Our new tool is live through the release of portal 3.7!
